Really poor experience.
I bought the polka dot wall stickers for our nursery and they started peeling within 24 hours. We followed the installation instructions and checked beforehand that our wall and paint were suitable. The issue was mainly with the blue stickers, while many of the other colours stayed on, which made me question the product quality.
I contacted the company and was told the problem must be our paint, with the suggested solution being to buy a prep product or repaint the wall. There seemed to be no consideration that the decals could be faulty. I replied explaining this and have since sent multiple follow-up emails, all of which have been ignored.
I’m now left with peeling stickers, no resolution and no communication. I would not recommend this company and would not purchase from them again.

Terrible customer service

Best purchase ever!

I used these circles and the matching Bloom arch in my home office.
It's now a space that I love to be in. Gives me an instant mood boost looking at the wall.
High quality, easy to install and best of all, absolutely gorgeous!

Extremely poor quality. Lots of edges fraying. I have reached out to this company to come to a solution and poor communication and no result.

Hi Kristy all our products are made from a premium fabric material called phototex. I can see from our comms that you reached out to us on 14 May we replied 2 days later on the Saturday morning you sent photos of our product already installed with very slight fraying which I suggested may have occurred during installation. We advised that by simply using scissors to cut the edge would solve the issue and since then we have no further comms from you. Had you contacted us prior to install we would have been happy to replace your scallops we are a family run business and I personally pack all our products myself and would not have sent scallops with frayed edges to any customer as advised I can only think that the edges have become frayed during installation or perhaps have been accidentally torn. Again had you contacted us as soon as you had received them and before installation we would have replaced them immediately for you without question.

Great product, sticks well. Colour looks a little different to the website, get a sample if you’re particular. Sent and email to this company regarding my order, but didnt hear anything, customer service non existent.

Correct we always say that when buying a product based on colour it's always better to get a sample first as every computer, mobile and tablet screens are calibrated differently. Apologies for the missed email as it went into our junk mail for some reason.
