Decals I received are poor quality. Images blurry. The whale decal had peeled off the backing paper in various spots. Emailed customer service for a resultion and have not received any response.

We have sold lots of this product and not had anyone reach out with an issue so It may be down to an individual print problem which of course we would be happy to reprint for you. Re the decal coming away from the backing paper it's supposed to do that when you apply it to your wall as it's a removable wall decal and is low tack. Rainbow decal looks exactly as shown in the pics. Easy to apply (getting the arches aligned was the hardest part but it was easy to peel off and re-stick). Smooth texture, no chemical odour. Adds bright colour to my daughter’s play room which is easy on the eyes. Love it

The fairy decals are even more beautiful in person! They are fabulous quality and the size is wonderful. I used these for a party backdrop and then to my daughter’s bedroom. The staff were also incredibly helpful to ensure my order arrived in time for my daughter’s party. Highly recommend

The order did take longer than anticipated and unfortunately didn’t have too much communication from the company. Once the decals arrived, they were missing any adhesive instructions as well as the wall applicator that was stated on the website would have been included so we had to purchase one from a different store to make sure we applied the decals correctly without leaving bubbles in the stickers. Attention to detail could be a bit better with the packaging. The decals look lovely though.
Hi Courtney Thanks for taking the time to review our product. We did have a delay in sending out some orders due to our three boys (all under 8 years of age) all contracting food poisoning. As a small family business this affected our ability to process our orders as quickly as normal. With regards to the instructions we normally include these with every order so not sure why yours wasn't in your package. For this product as they are small decals you do not need an applicator to apply as these are hand applied. We're always looking for ways to improve our business so really grateful for the feedback around packaging. this is somethiung we are trying to improve without having a cost imapct on the sale price. 😌

Beautiful colour and so easy to apply and reapply if needed. Great price too. They are high quality and nice to support an aus business. I bought cheaper ones a few years ago and never actually finished putting them up cos they were so fiddly. Wish I just bought these to start with!!

Great product - colour is fab, really good quality and easy to fit to wall despite large size. Very good they can be moved around without damaging wall as this made application much easier. Ordered to the UK and didn’t take too long, good communication about where parcel was but unfortunately had customs charge to pay that I was not aware of ahead of time.
We are so happy with the wall decal. It’s an excellent product and arrived so quickly! It has helped make our nursery feel a bit brighter.
These are amazing, they do not mark or rip the paint off the wall. We updated my daughter’s room and the old ones from a different company ripped all the paint off. I spent the long weekend patching/sanding and painting throughout the nights to repair the walls. Will purchase again!!
